Their customer support is top notch

Their customer support is top notch. Way better than any other big host. Without naming names(all the mainstream clowns), the other guys suck big time. Siteground support actually knows what they are doing, instead of giving you articles to read they literally go in and fix your issue themselves. Highly recommend if you're not a dev and just know the basics. Again, I can't stress this enough, that other host providers(hint Blue...., ..Daddy) are garbage compared to Siteground.

Cannot remove payment card details…

If we took payment card details from any of our customers and did not give them the option to remove their card details(if the wanted to) they would not be very happy and would not remain our customers for very long and would likely leave us a negative review on Trustpilot :-!

Best Tech Support I've Experienced from Hosting!

The Support Tech Dimitar Z. was an excellent representative for SG. He had great patience with my lack of knowledge, and was there to guide me and ask the right questions. Very Satisfied!!

Great customer service

I have just had a fantastic interaction with the Siteground customer service (chat box).
I let them know of my issue, with little hope that it could be resolved satisfactorily and quickly, but Martin proved me wrong. I had everything resolved and a new plan to suit my website set up in the one call.
Excellent service, will see me stay with this host.

Took money from my account without my…

Took money from my account without my consent and refused to refund the full amount. Their customer service is obtuse and unhelpful and they are in general quite an unethical company. Would stay far away from them. There are better options to choose from.

The best customer and technical support!

The support I get with Siteground is why I recommend all of my clients to move their hosting accounts here. It's not the least expensive hosting, but the easy access to multiple ways of contact and the knowledge of the staff make it a great value. You've saved my sanity multiple times.

Are there other similar companies to SiteGround.com that are less expensive or better?

A:

Just like others have said, Siteground is very good now with their customer service, tech support, dashboard. You can find cheaper but its definitely not worth the hassle. I'm staying with them.

There are certainly many other hosting companies out there, some of which appear cheaper, but there is a difference between low cost and good value. I have not found a hosting company that is better than sitegound

So far, I only found more expensive alternatives. Siteground provides a decent price / value ratio. I believe there might be better hosting around, but price wise definitely more expensive.

A:

Legit and very good (and only getting better). I've been with quite a few other hosting companies and each time it's been a nightmare. Siteground saved my sanity.

Siteground is absolutely legitimate. I run three websites and a testing site from my account for two different clients... and growing. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Legit company, I found them during a project for a customer who use siteground.com. I've been using their services on and off for about 2 years now, and technical support, and service quality is excellent. Now we're relocating our own hosting to siteground as well.

Siteground provides the best hosting service, specialising in Wordpress sites, which is what I develop. Their assistance is second to none and in terms of uptime, I can't fault them.
